We are sorry to hear about the issues with your board, it is a simple process to get this fixed. What is occurring is that the traction pad did not adhere to the board properly and air is getting trapped under the traction pad, causing the bubble and separation. If you get any sharp object such as an exact-o knife or needle and poke a small hole through the pad this will allow the board to breathe and prevent any future issues with the pad. If air continues to be trapped under the pad initially after poling the hole, use something round like a glass or rolling pin to roll over the area and smooth the pad down.
