For shipping damage, please review our Shipping Policies in detail before filing a claim.
If you feel your product issue is covered under our Shipping Policy, please complete the Claim Form in its entirety, including providing pictures of the issue. We are unable to process any incomplete claims, or requests outside of the Claim Form.
Once you submit your claim, please allow two business days from time of receipt for our Claims Department to properly review your claim and follow up with a proposed solution.
Please note all Shipping Damage Claims need to be filed within three (3) business days from date of receipt. Any claims filed after three days will result in the customer paying return shipping costs.
Any claims filed after 10 business days of receipt will be declined.
