Please fill out our Warranty Claim Form so one of our Claims Specialists can start the exchange process. Pilot will then call you to set up an appointment to pick up the damaged board and deliver the replacement. You can let them know that you want to have the exchange take place on the same day, so you can use the replacement boards box to return the damaged board.
